Honeycomb Launcher Add-On*
This app is specifically designed for Honeycomb Launcher only! It will do nothing at all on another launcher/home.
What does the Lag Protector do? Well, first off, Honeycomb Launcher already comes pre-installed with 3 different versions of lag control. Solids, Widgets, and Moveables. In most cases, these three lag controls should keep the launcher from force closing or lagging to the point of freezing. But on certain devices, these controls are not enough to fill the gap between borderline stable, or force closing. So thats were, Lag Protectors come in. This app is basically a back up. If you are still experiencing lags and FC's then download this protector and use the Widgets and and Movables to consume screen space. Thats right! Use more space. Honeycomb Launchers grids are so large that they actually need to be filled to run faster. And thats exactly what this will do. FIll some space as an under or overlay. So you can still place icons on them!
So, if all else fails, you can depend on the back up Lag Protectors!
How to apply:
For widget Protector,
Go to Menu, Add, Widgets, then choose Lag Protectors
For Item Movable Protector,
Go to All-Apps, choose Z-Lag Protector Back up, and then drag were necessary. Usually one item will do on a problem screen. Try to squeeze it in between icons or were ever there is space!
Please remember, this app is only for Honeycomb Launcher. It is an Add-On!
