Keep track of your sets and reps while working out at the gym. Create your own routines with any of the default exercises, or add your own to the list. Once routines have been created, it's really easy to customize the order, or to add and remove additional exercises. If you don't want to create routines just click to the exercise log and record your workout data without creating any.
The app now works on lower res screens like the G1, 240x480 is ok.
If you are upgrading from GymBook 1.6.x backup your database first. The database, not a file export. Backing up the database and exporting text files are not the same. Think twice before upgrading to the new version. Adding new features and remaining compatible with the old version hasn't been easy. I suggest removing the old version then upgrading, but after going to settings and backing up the database.
You can keep notes for individual exercises, and there are also logs to review individual exercises. Just scroll right or left to view the workout log for each exercise. Charts are also included for you to keep track of your body's changes, and your workout data. And it's easy to get started, just a few clicks and your on your way. Also let's not forget, it's ad free.
