Mobile Counter

Mobile Counter - application to count network data in blocks (e.g round data at least 100kB for every session)

Main goals:

Two types to round data from your carrier
- standard – round data to your provider’s basic unit
- separately round outgoing and incoming data to your provider’s basic unit
Example:
Basic provider’s unit: 100 KB
In standard:
Received 134 KB, sent 455 KB –> after disable mobile network in your phone will be saved: 134+455=589 (round to 600 KB)->600 KB
When enable separately rounding outgoing and incoming data (you have to enable separately rouning in application options):
Received 134 KB, sent 455 KB –> after disable mobile network in your phone will be saved: 134 (round to 200 KB)+455 (round to 500 KB)=700 KB

Application without ADS and for free. Extended functionality has been added to users who donate application.
Information how to donate you can find in application (About window).
List of new functionality for users who donate application:
- monthly period account - you can set 1st day in month from which transfer should be shown - e.g when 1st day of period account will be set to 14 November 2011,
monthly transfer will be shown from 14 November 2011 to 13 December 2011
- Export transfer data to file (on sd card)
- Import last exported transfer data
- Show transfer used by applications (for android>=2.2).
- settings to enable showing application icon in notification only when enable GSM\WIFI
- Select 1st day in week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday (default)) for calendar week transfer
- Settings to set alert when limit of data will be exceed - you can set e.g alert to inform you when your carrier internet packet is less than 5 MB
- New widgets (show WIFI, show GSM+WIFI, show elapsed packet with circle graphic, show period account)

Needed permissions:
READ PHONE STATE - to read id device -> it is require to generate code to unlock extended functionality
WIFI STATE - to check if WIFI is enable/disable
MOBILE STATE - to check if GSM is enable/disable
MODIFY DATA ON SD CARD - to save exported transfer data on SD card
