Better judging to submission ratio - judge more, submit less ! Pic submission now costs 40 credits, judging tokens recharge 1 every 15 min. Pics start with 100 HP, -2 every lost battle. Existing pic stats scaled up to make them consistent with the new scoring rules (mostly server-side changes).
