HOW TO SOLVE DOWNLOAD ISSUES:

1) In the even of a purchase problem, after making your purchase, it "appears" to go through, but if the game does not download immediately because there was an Authorization error with your card. This does NOT mean you have insufficient funds necessarily, it happens for MANY different reasons.

2) Touch the Notification Bar at the top of your phone and drag it down - you should see your notification email from Google there that explains what to do.

3) If you don't see this, login to Google Checkout to check the status of the order OR email us directly at selticesystems@gmail.com and we'll make sure your order is canceled so you can try again if you'd like, and make sure you are refunded and not charged.
