ConnectBot is a powerful open-source Secure Shell (SSH) client. It can manage simultaneous SSH sessions, create secure tunnels, and copy/paste between other applications.

Use the soft keyboard Swype. Then you are able to use Tab, ; , | and & caracters in connectbot. I have a Samsung Galaxy S.

Five stars for being the only app on the market that does this. Still,a smartphone isn't the best interaction medium for a command prompt.
